The notion of a multi-net was introduced and constructed a new shape caregory in [2]. This description is intrinsic in the sense that does not make use of external elements such as ANR-expansions. We introduce in this paper the notion of an approximate multi-net between compact metric spaces and give a characterization of continuous maps by approximate multi-nets. |
