充足率とは，「顧客の需要量に対してどれだけの数量を満たすことができるか，すなわち手持ち在庫から顧客注文に対して充足できる数量あるいは確率を表す指標」のことである。従来から無限期間観測を前提とした充足率の定義とその計算法が研究されてきている。しかし，昨今の経営スピードが激しい時代においては，長期間にわたり，同じような経営環境とそれに対応した方策が続くとは思われず，有限期間観測を前提とした充足率指標の特徴と使用局面を明らかにすることが望まれる。今回は， 2つの充足率を定義し，それらの無限期間観測と有限期間観測における観測期間が異なる充足率指標の性質（観測期間依存性という）と2つの指標間の差異を明らかにする。

In the previous research, the system fill-rate,the long-run average fraction of demand satisfied immediately on-hand stocks, has been studied. But in the case when production planning horizon is finite, there are some difference between the long-run average fraction of demand satisfied immediately on-hand stocks and short-run average fraction.In this paper, we analyze fill-rate in the finite horizon under uncertain demand by simulation techniques. This result shows us that there exactly exists the period-dependency of fill-rate under uncertain demand.
