ティーチング・ポートフォリオ（以下，TP）は，教員個人の自己省察を基盤としており，将来に向けて自らの教育活動を改善し続けることを可能にする。保健福祉学部では，平成25 年度よりTP 導入のための取り組みを開始し，平成26 年度にはTP 作成ワークショップを開催した。本稿では，これらの取り組みについて報告する。

The teaching portfolio (hereafter, TP) is based on an individual 　teacher’s self-reflection and makes it possible to continue　improving one’s educational activity towards the future. In the Faculty of Health and Welfare, the efforts for introducing TP　were started in 2013, and a TP production workshop was held in 2014. This paper reports these efforts.
