Abstract |
幼児を対象にしたOral diadochokinesis検査において, 教示方法が結果に及ぼす影響と, どのような教示方法を用いれば幼児の能力を引き出すことができるのかについて検討した。対象は3歳から6歳までの幼児45名である。教示は次の3つの方法で実施した。1.「/pa/をできるだけ速くストップと言うまで続けましょう。」と口頭で指示し, モデルを示す。2.絵カードを被験者の前で5秒間移動させ, その間は/pa/の反復を続けるよう教示する。3.走っているヒトが描いてある絵カードを提示し「走るみたいになるべく速く/pa/を続けましょう。」と教示する。その結果, 教示1で検査が可能であったのは4歳児以上であった。3歳児も教示2により5秒間反復の持続が可能になる児が多く認められた。また教示3で個人内の最多反復回数を示した児が最も多く認められた。幼児を対象に本検査を実施する場合, 視覚的手がかりを用いることの有用性が示唆された。 In an oral diadochokinesis test for children, we studied the influences of the instructive method on results and by what instructive method children attain maximum ability. 45 children from 3 to 6 years old were enrolled in the study as subjects. The instructive method was performed sequentially under three different conditions. Instruction 1 : subjects are instructed to "repeat performing /pa/ as fast as possible until instructed to stop" and are then shown a model. Instruction 2 : a card with a picture is passed in front of the subjects and they are instructed to continue to repeat /pa/ during the time the card is passed in front of them. Instruction 3 : subjects are shown a card on which a picture of a running person is drawn and instructed to "continue performing /pa/ as fast as possible as if running." Results of the test showed that the subjects who could sustainably perform for 5 seconds by Instruction 1 were elder than 4-years old. It was noted that among the 3-years-old subjects there were some children who could perform sustainedly for 5 seconds by Instruction 2. In Instruction 3,attaining the highest scores by the subjects was most frequently observed. We therefore conclude that the visual cue was useful for an oral diadochokinesis test for pre-school children. |
