臨床実習における効果的な人的環境を検討することを目的とし,H短期大学看護学科の学生46名を対象に,H13年5月～12月に質問紙調査を実施した。調査内容は,臨床実習での「良かった経験」と「嫌だった経験」,それぞれの経験に影響をおよぼす他者についてである。分析は内容分析と単純集計で行った。その結果,「良かった経験」に影響をおよぼす他者は,患者・家族とメンバーであり,「嫌だった経験」に影響をおよぼす他者は看護師であった。「良かった経験」「嫌だった経験」の両者に影響をおよぼす他者は,自己と教員であった。効果的な人的環境のためには,患者とのよい人間関係の調整,グループダイナミクスの活用が重要な要素であることがわかった。

The aim of this research was to investigative effective human environments in nursing practice. Questionnaire data was collected from 46 nursing students at a junior college with regard to "good experiences" and "unpleasant experiences", and others who influence experiences in nursing practice. The data was analyzed by means of content analysis and simple calculation. We found that patients and their families and group members influenced "good experiences", while nurses influenced "unpleasant experiences". Otherwise, self and teachers influenced both "good experiences" and "unpleasant experiences". For an effective human environment, it turns out that good human relations with the patients and group dynamics are of particular importance.
