近年失語症者への援助に関して,コミュニケーションバリアを取り除くために,地域のボランティア希望者達を失語症会話パートナーとして養成しようとする気運が高まっている。 しかし会話パートナー養成教育に実際に取り組んでいる地域は未だ少なく,その進め方は試行錯誤である。本研究では,会話パートナー養成教育に必要な知識や考え方をコンパクトにまとめた養成カリキュラムのガイドライン試案を作成することを目的とした。ガイドラインは基礎編と実践編に分けた。基礎編では会話パートナーとして必要な知識や理論を学ぶために,「会話パートナーの必要性」などの7項目を,実践編では会話パートナーとしての態度や技術をロールプレイを通して学ぶために,「失語症者と接する時の基本的態度」などの7項目を取り入れた。本ガイドラインをもとに,言語聴覚士が各地域の実状に合わせてカリキュラムに工夫を加え,会話パートナーを養成することが望まれる。

In recent years it is considered more and more significant to train people who wish to work as volunteers to become conversation partners of people with aphasia in order to remove communication barriers. However, there are only a few regions which have actually launched training programs for conversation partners, and the method of training is yet to be established. This study summarized knowledge and ways of thinking which are necessary for a conversation partner, and examined guidelines for training curriculums. The guidelines suggest that the curriculum can be divided into the basic part and the practical part. The basic part aims to learn knowledge and theories which are demanded from a conversation partner, and includes seven items, such as "the necessity of conversation partners". The practical part aims to learn essential attitudes and techniques through role-playing, and includes seven items, such as "the basic attitudes when meeting people with aphasia". It is hoped that speech-language-hearing therapists, referring to these guidelines, will develop their own curriculum to meet the actual conditions of each region in order to train conversation partners effectively.
