麻痺があり立位が困難な患者への車椅子移乗介助方法は,指導することが難しい技術の1つである。また,その介助技術について具体的に記載された文献は少なく,指導内容は看護教員の経験に頼っているところが大きい。そこで,車椅子移乗介助方法を指導するのに必要となる指導内容の抽出をするために,リハビリテーション病院に勤務している熟練看護師の車椅子移乗介助動作をビデオに撮り,動作分析を行った。その結果,看護師の腰痛を予防しつつ,患者の自然な動きに沿った立ち上がり介助,立位での方向転換の介助,立位から座位への介助の具体的な方法が抽出できた。ここで得られた方法は,看護基礎教育における指導内容として活かすことができる。

One of the most difficult skills that nurses have to perform is the transfer of stroke patients, who are unable to stand, from a bed to a wheelchair. There are very few articles that concretely describe such transfer skills. The education of transfer skills is usually drawn from the teacher's past experiences. The purpose of this study was to gather concrete transfer skills from expert nurses that were working in a rehabilitation center. The authors videotaped these nurses transferring a normal subject from a bed to a wheelchair, and a motion analysis was done. This subject simulated a patient with a hemiplegic paralysis of the right side. We recorded concrete skills for assisting patients when standing up, turning, and sitting down. We also observed the motions used by the nurses to prevent low back pain and to support the patient's natural movements. We believe that these skills will be useful in the instruction of transfer skills for nursing students.
