運動失調症患者5名に対し, 筆記具を用いた簡易な上肢の協調運動機能の検査法について検討した。テストは線引きテストおよび文字テストの縦書きと横書きから構成され, 線引きテストでは, 基線とのずれを面積値で判定した。また同時に, 簡易上肢機能検査を行い, 線引きテストおよび文字テストとの関係を検討した。その結果, 線引きテストの垂直方向で簡易上肢機能検査との有意な相関が見られた。面積値の測定にスキャナを用い, 上肢の協調運動機能を客観的に簡易に測定する検査法は, 一定の意義があることが示された。

Hand coordination in two simple writing tests (drawing test and writing character test) for 5 patients with ataxia were investigated in this study. Two simple tests included writing vertically and laterally tasks. To evaluate drawing performance, we used computer scana that enable to measure an area btween model line and drawing line which patients drew. And, the relation between result of two simple tests and STEF (Simpe Test for Evaluating Hand Function) was examined. The results showed a significant relationship between drawing on vertically task and STEF. It was important to measure hand coordination using computer scana in order to show on easily and objectively.
