本研究の目的は, 臨床実習における臨床実習指導者の不安内容を明らかにすることである。学生の学習効果を上げるためには, 教員と実習指導者が不安なく協力して指導を行うことが重要である。臨床実習指導者は, 指導のずれやスタッフとの調整に関する不安を助手よりも有意に感じていることが明らかになった。助手だけでなく実習指導者の不安に対しても不安をできるだけ軽減する働きかけを行う必要があることが示唆された。具体的方法としては, 授業や実習方法の十分な伝達, 常駐する助手との実習内容に関する共通理解, およびスタッフ全体の理解を得ることが臨床実習指導者の不安を軽減するために必要であると考えられた。また, 教員が常駐する実習形態を導入する場合には, 本研究で考察された不安の軽減方法は特に重要となると考えられた。

The purpose of the present study is to elucidate the uneasiness that clinical instructors feel in clinical nursing practice. Although it is important that teachers and clinical instructors cooperative without uneasiness in order to produce learning effects in students, it becomes clear that clinical instructors markedly felt uneasiness about teacher and staff compared with teaching assistants. Their uneasiness were the difference in the views for education and the regulation among staff. It was suggested that uneasiness felt by not only teaching assistants, but also by clinical instructors must be reduced as quickly as possible. The concrete ways to reduce their uneasiness are that a nursing school sufficiently communicates how to teach, that clinical instructors understand the contents of practice with teaching assistants, and that all the staff understand the practice. Additionally, the ways of reduction of uneasiness considered by the present study are thought to be especially important, as the nursing practice is taken in the way of staying teaching assistants at hospital for the first time.
