In this presentation, Mass Customization Production Management System in the case that demand is a Normal distribution (MCPS), is applied to supplement tailor system and is formulated. And in its solution procedure of MCPS, improvement method of unfulfilled-order-rate for MCPS is proposed and some methods are compared.
