広島県では先進地にみられるような福祉用具機器の公的機関によるモニタリング評価システムが存在しない。本研究では，広島県（商工労働部）と協力し，公的機関による福祉用具機器のモニタリング評価システムを構築するために，モニタリングに関する聞き取り調査と製品についてのモニタリングを行った。今回の調査から，モニタリングを行う際に最も重要な点はモニターフィールドの確保であることがわかった。そしてその業務は，臨床で働く人，いろいろな職種と関係を持つ人（いわゆる，他職種に顔が利く人）が担当することが最適であると思われる。

A monitoring evaluation system by official facilities of welfare equipment doesn't exist in Hiroshima. This study was performed to cooperate with Hiroshima (the labor part of commerce and industry) about interview survey of a monitoring and a monitoring about a product and build a monitoring evaluation system of welfare equipment by official facilities. As a result, this investigation showed that the most important point is securement in a monitor field. And, It seems that it is the best that the person who works is clinical and a person who has something to do with the various job categories (the person who has influence in so-called another occupation) take charge of this works.
