尾道市の子育て地域支援システム構築にむけて，尾道市職員（対象580名，回収率79.3%）と尾道市内の幼稚園・保育園の園長（対象73園，回収率91.8%）にアンケートを実施し，尾道市の子育ての実態と子育て支援ニーズの把握を行った。尾道市職員および尾道市内の幼稚園・保育園の園長ではいずれも，子育て支援の必要性を感じている人が多く，子育て支援体制の中で特に関係機関の連携の強化，尾道市への専門家の配置，研修の充実を望んでいた。幼稚園・保育園で気になる子どもは10.4％，気になる保護者は5.5％であったが，その頻度は施設種別で差が認められ，内容は多岐にわたっていた。今後，尾道市においては，①利用しやすい相談窓口と子育て支援の中心となる組織の設置，②発達障害の理解と支援に対する認識の共有化のための啓発活動および実践指導者の育成，③保護者支援体制の充実が優先課題と考えた。

In order to build a system for supporting parents to bring up children with healthy growth and good development in Onomichi city, we surveyed awareness of the environment around children amongst staff of Onomichi city and directors of preschools and nursery schools. Most of them think that it is important to support systems to bring up children more, especially cooperation with related departments of government and health services. Children who need special developmental support are 10.4%, and parents who have a fragile background for child raising are 5.5%. We must make a central team to play a role to support children and parents comprehensively and continuously, and train specialists to teach practical knowledge and methods about children with developmental disorders.
