ベッド上仰臥位での上方移動介助動作は，介護場面で実施される頻度が高く，人の手で行う介助では介助者の負担が大きい作業の１つであり，福祉用具を用いた介助方法が提案されている。今回，福祉用具の有無により3つの介助動作を設定し，腰部負担と自覚的作業強度の比較を表面筋電図およびBorg CR10 scaleを用いて行った。その結果，スライディングシート使用による介助時の負担軽減効果が確認され，腰痛予防対策や作業負担軽減のためには，移動・移乗を目的とする福祉用具を適切に使用することの重要性が示唆された。本研究で得られた結果は，介護場面での実践やリハビリ・看護・介護学生への教育において活かすことができる。

Assistance in repositioning up in bed is done frequently in care work sites, and it is one of caregivers' heavy manual assistance tasks. Assistance with assistive devices is often recommended. We investigated three methods of assistance, two using assistive devices and one not. Low back load and general work load levels were measured using surface electromyography and Borg CR10 scale. The results confirmed the effectiveness of load reduction by assisting with a sliding seat, and the importance of appropriate use of assistive devices was suggested for low back pain prevention measures and work load reduction. We believe that these skills will be useful in care work and in the education of rehabilitation, nursing and care work students.
