It is necessary for a new ordering system in a supply chain between a central warehouse and retailers under the uncertain customer demand. We enhanced a model with a single item to mass Customization Production Planning System for Delivery with multi-item (MCPS-D with multi-item) considering the capacity of loading

unloading and delivery lead-time. Problem description, formulation, solving procedure and case-studies are described. It's shown that the solving is available for the problem.

顧客需要の不確実性が進んでいる。大規模小売業者の流通基地(配送センター， RDCなど)と底舗などの複数拠点聞のサプライチェーンにおいて，顧客需要の不確実性を考慮した発注管理が重要である。従来の単一品種を扱った多拠点配送計画システム(MCPS-D) を拡張し，多品種を扱うとともに，拠点、聞における配送リードタイム，また日々の積込み・払い出し能力の制限等を考慮することができる「多品種多拠点、配送計画システム(多品種MCPS-D) (MCPS-D with multi-item:Mass Customization Production Planning System for Delivery with multi-item)」を提案する。問題の記述，定式化，解法の手順，ケーススタディ結果を述べる。
