産業界においては，顧客からの製品仕様の多様化，納入リードタイムの短縮化などの要求のもと，需要の不確実性に対して効率的な生産を実現するマスカスタマイゼーション対応の生産方式の確立が重要である。特に，リードタイムの短縮化とともに，従来の受注情報に基く生産方式から見込み生産方式に変容せざるを得ない。本論文は，不確実な需要に対して， 「内示情報」の有効性に着目し，これを活用したマスカスタマイゼーション対応の多期間の生産計画モデルを提案する。また，本モデルは，多変量正規分布で表現される確率制約条件のもとで，線形のコスト関数を最小化する非線形確率計画問題として定式化されることを示す。また，解法を示し，従来との比較を行い，有効性を示す。

In this paper，we propose Mass Customization Production Planning & Management System (MCPS) by using Advance Demand Information (ADI). This model is formulated as a nonlinear stochastic programming problem which minimizes the sum of production cost and inventory holding cost subject to the set of probabilistic constraint and some linear production constraints. The procedure to find a solution is developed by solving the linear programming problem repeatedly on the basic solution strategy that is 'relaxation' Finally，the implementation of this model is proposed.
