Nawadays peaple say that the youth living in Japan communication faculty have decreased. But there is a few arguments which have investigated the actual conditions of the youth communication faculty. Therefore I have recaerched when we have began to use this words as dialogue faculty with his fellow students or between student and teacher，that the youth has been deficient in communication skills. I have set up a hypothesis，the youth has had many communication skills which are different from old persons'ones，and generation gap make us invisible there communication faculty. This paper had to been written for a report of GAKUBU Project 2008，Prefectual University of Hiroshima，“Education Development for Communication Faculity of Students"，but I could not have written this paper till the deadline.
