Abstract |
失調性構音障害によくみられる不規則な構音の誤りのうち,無声子音の有声化の誤りに焦点をあて,訓練条件を統制した集中的な構音訓練を実施し,その効果を調べた。20日間の集中的な構音訓練を行った結果,訓練文および非訓練文における正構音率が上昇した。しかし,訓練文によって,訓練後の正構音率に差がみられ,ベースラインテストの正構音率が高い文群ほど保持テストにおける正構音率が高い傾向があった。失調性構音障害の構音訓練では,適切な訓練頻度や練習回数を考慮するとともに,誤りの出現頻度にも配慮した訓練計画を立案する必要があると考えられた。 Intensive training was executed to examine efficacy of articulatory training focused on irregular articulatory breakdowns (inappropriately voiced consonants) in an individual with ataxic dysarthria. After 20 days of training that controlled training conditions, such as training frequencies and task difficulty, percentage of the syllables that were correctly articulated increased compared to that of the pretests in both trained and untrained materials. However, the syllables that were correctly articulated in the pretests tended to have higher scores in the posttests. It was suggested that clinicians should give considerations to articulatory error frequencies of syllables in pretest as well as training frequencies in treatment planning for ataxic dysarthria. |
