本研究の目的は，WBT（web based training）を活用した効果・効率を高めた教育-学習システムを構築しその学習方略についての評価を行うことである。このシステムは，教員が授業内容として作成したコンテンツをインターネット上にあるサーバーにup-loadし，コンテンツを教員・受講生ともに各自のPCからインターネット経由でサーバーにアクセスを行う。同時にマルチビジョンTVシステムによる双方向のリアルタイム音声・画像システムを利用して，対面遠隔授業を行った。授業内容は大学院（保健福祉学専攻）レベルとした。我々は研究参加に同意した受講生を対象に本システムを活用した授業を行い，その有効性及び学習動機付け尺度などについて質問紙調査を実施した。そのアンケート結果から遠隔地からでも受講可能であり対面授業による学生と教員のコミュニケーション効果の向上が示唆された。遠隔対面システムは受講生の学習意欲が高まるなどの高い評価を得た。相対的に自己効力感が低く，勉学に内発的価値を見出すタイプの学生に遠隔対面授業の評価が高い可能性を見出した。

The aim of this study was to construct and evaluate learning strategies and a learning system, which enhance the effects and the efficiency of learning by the use of web based training (WBT). The system allows class contents to be uploaded to an Internet server, and to be simultaneously accessed by both the teacher and students using PCs. An interactive lesson could be held by means of a real-time audio and visual system, with Web cameras and headphones using Multiple TV systems. The class contents were graduate-school level (Faculty of Health and Welfare). Data were gathered using a questionnaire containing items on self-regulated learning strategies and motivation beliefs taken from the motivated strategies for learning questionnaire (MLSQ). The results indicated that review lessons could be delivered from distant locations, and the interactive lessons improved student communication. Evaluation showed that the motivation of students was increased using this remote system. The results suggest that learning self-efficacy is high in the interactive lessons and intrinsic value is highly marked.
