"本研究の目的は，父親の育児参加の確立を目指した育児講座のあり方を提案するために，『パパ・ママと共につくる育児講座』と題した講座を開催し，参加者の語りから，育児講座の実態を明らかにすることであった。平成28 年3 月，サテライトキャンパスひろしまにて，生後6 ヵ月～生後18 ヵ月以内の子どもをもつ夫婦7 組を対象に，本講座を開催した。本講座の内容は，①親子のふれあい遊び，②“フリートーク”，③ミニレクチャーであった。“フリートーク”では，父親と母親に分かれ，日頃の家事・育児への関心ごとについて，自由にトークや情報交換を行った。そして，“フリートーク”終了後，ミニレクチャーの中でフリートークの内容に触れ，まとめを行った。フリートークでは，参加者から「過去に参加した講座」「本講座に参加した経緯」「参加したい講座」について，意見が得られた。また，参加者の全員から，本講座への参加について，高い評価を得ることができた。"

"In this study, we hosted a course entitled “Developing a Parenting Course with Moms and Dads” and analyzed the opinions of participants to clarify the nature of actual parenting courses that they had taken, with the ultimate aim of proposing an ideal parenting course that would encourage fathers to participate in raising their children. We hosted this course in March 2016 at the Satellite Campus Hiroshima for seven couples with a child between the age of 6 and 18 months. The course comprised three parts: (1) games involving parent-child contact, (2) an open discussion, and (3) a short lecture. In the open discussion, participants separated into a fathers group and a mothers group, and exchanged ideas and information on day-to-day involvement in housework and parenting. The content of the open discussion was then addressed and summarized in the short lecture. The open discussion yielded numerous opinions from the participants on their experiences of previous courses, their reasons for participating in the present course, and course content they hoped to learn in the future. In addition, all participants provided positive feedback on their participation in this course."
