"吃音者と非吃音者に対して，非語に対する発話容易性の評定課題と音読課題を実施し，評定値と音読潜時との関係を検討した。その結果，両対象者とも発話困難語が容易語に比べて「言いにくそう」であると評定され，音読潜時も発話困難語で延長した。しかし，発話容易性の評定値と音読潜時の間に有意な相関を認めたのは非吃音者だけであり，吃音者では弱い相関傾向が認められたのみであった。また，吃音者は非吃音者ほど発話困難語を「言いにくそう」と評価しない傾向があった。これらの結果は，吃音者は「言いにくさ」を判断する基準が非吃音者と異なる可能性を示唆するものである。"

"Pronounceability rating task and reading aloud task for nonwords were administered to stuttering and nonstuttering adults. In nonstuttering adults, there was a strong correlation between the pronounceability values and reading aloud latencies. On the other hand, in stuttering adults, there was a marginal correlation between them. Moreover, stuttering adults probably underestimated more diffi cult nonwords to read in pronounceability rating task. It was shown the possibility that there was a different criterion to judge utterance diffi culty among stuttering and nonstuttering adults."
