Abstract |
本研究では基礎看護実習Ⅱにおける学生の看護技術の経験状況と課題を明らかにし,今後の学内および臨地 実習での看護技術の教育方法を検討するための資料を得ることを目的とした。A 大学保健福祉学部看護学科の 2018 年度 2 年次生で授業科目「基礎看護実習Ⅱ」を履修し,同意の得られた学生 50 名を対象に,基礎看護実習 Ⅱで使用した『技術経験表』の 92 項目から経験状況(実施の有無,見学の有無)のそれぞれについて単純集計 し実施率,見学率を算出した。その結果,全員が実施できた看護技術は 6 項目,実施率 50%以上の看護技術は 14 項目であった。今後『技術経験表』の項目を整理し,4 年間を通して着実に学修の積み上げができるような工 夫を検討していくこと,モデル人形などを用いたシミュレーション教育を充実させ,講義・演習・実習の連続性 を持たせた技術教育の検討が必要であることが示唆された。 The purpose of this study was to examine the experiences and challenges experienced by students when implementing nursing skills acquired during Basic Nursing Practicum II, and to obtain material to re-examine methods of teaching nursing skills in the classroom and in clinical practice. The participants of the study were 50 students who were enrolled in Basic Nursing Practicum II at the Department of Nursing, Faculty of Health and Welfare, at University A in 2018, and who had given their informed consent. The experience status of each of the 92 items in the nursing skills experience table used in Basic Nursing Practicum II was tabulated, and the execution and observation rates were calculated. The results revealed that there were six nursing skills that all subjects were able to execute upon completion of the course. Furthermore, 14 nursing skills had an execution rate of above 50%. Moving forward, we will organize the items in the skills experience table and consider ways for students to gain knowledge and skills steadily during their four years of learning. The results of this study highlighted the necessity of enhancing simulations that use manikins and to consider skills training that connects lectures with seminars and practices. |
