Abstract |
特別養護老人ホームで実習を行なう学生が, 痴呆症に対する個別な看護を生活者としての視点から理解するために, 生活歴を取り入れた指導を意図的に行なった。学生のレポート「入所者のプロフィール」・「会話の記録」・「対象者の痴呆症の看護について述べる」を, 過去の生活史をふまえた生活者としての視点から分析した。結果, 生活歴を取り入れることが理解できた学生は, 痴呆症状と生活歴とを照合させることができ, 痴呆症状が示す訴えがわかりそして個別な看護を行なうことができたと考えられた。痴呆症状と生活歴を照合させることは, 痴呆症に対する個別な看護を学ばせるために効果的であると考えられた。 To learn nursing for each dementia patients from a viewpoint of individual daily life, the nursing students who have practical training in a nursing home was guided in considering the life history of patients particularly. Reports of the students regarding "profiles of aged people cared in the facility", "records of conversation", and "impressions of nursing dementia" were analyzed considering the past history of patients. As a result, students who considered the life history of patients could compare the symptoms of dementia with the life history of patients, could understand the complaint expressed by a certain symptom of dementia, and could perform individual nursing. Therefore, it was considered that comparing symptoms of dementia with the life history of patients is effective for learning nursing for dementia. |
