In Japan，SAIBAN-IN system was builded up 22，May，2009. SAIBAN-IN system is't the jury system，it is a original system of judgement in Japan. SAIBAN-IN must decide the assessment of the culpability with the judges who is called SAIBAN-KAN in Japanese. Ont he system，six persons is drawn lots from a register of electore，must judge a court case with three judges. A judgment decide by majority，but the majority proposal includes one judge at least. It is the first time that the citizens take part in judicature after W.W. Ⅱin Japan. On Japanese literlature，a few writer have written srories which SAIBAN-IN judgea case in near future. Therefore，I will call there stories SAIBAN-IN stories，study there details. In the first，I mention stories which describe the Japanese jury system before W.W. I. After that I list SAIBAN=IN stories，and shoud consider there stories in all aspects. Especially，on ASHIBE Taku's stories “SAIBAN-IN HOUTEI(court)"，I will discuss in detail. The last，I will introduce the SAIBAN-IN MANGA, because a few comic artists have made comic-strip version of SAIBAN-IN system. And， I will poin out any problems on SAIBAN-IN system，for example，foriners living in Japan have no right to select a SAIBAN-IN，the jedge is able to be controled the conference.
